No. We use local JavaScript processing. Your document stays on your device and is never sent to our servers.
What is the max file size?
There is no hard limit, though very large files (500MB+) depend on your device's available memory (RAM).
Can I extract a single page from a large PDF document?
Yes. You can choose the Extract mode to select specific pages (e.g., just page 5) or a range of pages (e.g., pages 10–15) to save as a brand new, smaller PDF file.
How do I split a PDF into multiple individual files?
Our tool offers a "Split by Range" or "Split Every X Pages" feature. This allows you to turn a 100-page document into 100 separate one-page files with just one click.
Can I see a preview of the pages before I split them?
Yes! Our interface generates high-quality thumbnails of every page in your document, so you can visually select exactly where you want the split to happen without guessing page numbers.
What happens to the bookmarks and metadata after splitting?
Our advanced splitting logic attempts to preserve relevant metadata for each new segment. However, please note that bookmarks linking to deleted pages will be removed to keep the new file clean.
Is there a limit to how many pages I can split at once?
